The duration of a clearing session depends on the size of the property and your specific intentions. Typically, sessions range from a few hours to longer engagements for larger spaces or more complex needs.​

• Initial Consultation: We begin with a 30-minute remote meeting via Zoom to discuss your goals and intentions for the space.​
• Proposal: Based on our discussion, I will provide a detailed cost proposal, including any applicable travel fees.​
• Scheduling & Payment: Once the proposal is accepted, we will schedule the clearing session. Payment is required in full the day before the scheduled clearing.

After the clearing, I will provide you with personalized recommendations to help ground the clearing and support the intention setting. This may include practices or rituals to maintain and enhance the positive energy in your space.

While your presence is not mandatory, it is beneficial. Many clients find it helpful to be present, especially during the intention-setting phase, to actively participate in bringing their desired goals into the space.​

A travel fee of $0.65 per mile applies and is calculated from downtown York, Pennsylvania. For services outside of my standard service area, additional travel charges may apply.​

Yes, I offer remote energy clearing services at a rate of $0.30 per square foot. For in-person services beyond my standard service area, please contact me to discuss the specifics and any additional travel considerations.​
